Role & responsibilities
As an Accounting Associate, you will help manage some of our major financial functions for our company. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, the Accounting Associate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities of accounts payable & accounts receivable as well as reconciliations and financial reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
- Receives and reviews invoices received on a daily basis
- Code and enter invoices into NetSuite according to our internal control processes
- Create current vendors and update vendor profile according to our internal control processes
- Reconcile weekly employee credit card statements and reimbursements
- Assists in preparing weekly outgoing payments (ACH, Checks, Wire transfers & EFTs)
- Provide exceptional customer service for internal customers and vendors
- Assist with preparation of annual 1099, 1042 and audit of W-8 & W-9
