The role

Social at Cashfree is where a B2B fintech gets to sound like a person. You will own how we show up across LinkedIn, and X (Twitter): the trends we catch first, the stories we make people actually want to watch, and the follower and engagement growth that proves it worked. You will turn payments, infrastructure, and fintech complexity into content people stop scrolling for. This is a creator role with an analyst's brain attached.

What you will own

Own the social content engine across LinkedIn, and X, from idea to publish, including the calendar, formats, and the daily rhythm of posting
Spot trends before they peak and decide fast which ones Cashfree has a right to play in, so we are early to the conversation rather than late to the meme
Translate brand campaigns, brand stories, and creative storytelling that lands with both builders and business audiences
Create content yourself, scripts, hooks, shoots, edits, carousels, so the output does not stall waiting on external production for every idea
Grow followers and engagement across all three platforms against clear targets,



and report on what is driving the growth
Run a weekly performance read: what worked, what did not, what we double down on, and feed that back into the next batch of content
Partner with the brand, product, and founder-branding teams so social amplifies the larger narrative instead of running parallel to it
