Position: Performance Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month (Variable, based on experience & performance)
Work Mode: Full-Time | On-Site
Working Days: Monday – Friday

? MARKETING EXPECTATIONS

* Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
* Generate high-quality leads for digital marketing services.
* Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS.
* Research target markets, industries and potential customer segments.
* Identify businesses that can benefit from digital marketing services.
* Develop strategies to improve lead quality and marketing ROI.
* Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

? SALES & CLIENT ACQUISITION EXPECTATIONS





* Identify and approach potential clients for digital marketing services.
* Build and maintain a solid prospect pipeline.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
* Follow up with prospects and support the conversion process.
* Monthly Target: Onboard 4-6 new digital marketing clients.
* Maintain professional relationships with newly acquired clients.
* Additional sales targets and incentives will be discussed during the interview.

? IDEAL CANDIDATE

* Minimum 2 years of practical performance marketing experience
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
* Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization
* Understanding of digital marketing services
* Good communication and client-handling skills
* Target-oriented and results-driven
