Complete the engine development activities meeting CTQ parameters
Lead the engine trials for engine mechanical and functional developmentAble to identify and address the problems (including addressing market defects).The skill of Observation and Orientation are must. Have basic knowledge of 2Wheeler vehicle and specialized knowledge to conduct Mechanical & Functional trials for higher cc engine. Able to lead complex trials on engine for developing Power pack, lubrication, breathing,



Air/Oil& water-cooled systems, Hydraulic Valve train. Able to prepare and execute detailed and concrete plan for engine system development Perform Failure root cause analysis & take countermeasures on all engine issues Experience in defining DVPs and executing the test items and reports releases. Guide team to make/modify SOP for testing. Monitor Vehicle trials for engine service parameters. Academic Qualification & Experience
M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics)15+ Years of professional experienceR&D; 2W preferableTechnical Skills/Knowledge
Have knowledge of overall vehicle and specialized knowledge to conduct engine mechanical and functional development work - lubrication system, breathing system & water-cooled system etc.Able to make DOE and concrete plans for the execution.
