Position Purpose




The APAC Payroll & Perks Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of payroll and benefits administration across the APAC region, including India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, China, and Japan. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational responsibility, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing and employee benefit administration across diverse regulatory environments. The role manages a team of payroll and benefits professionals while maintaining direct involvement in critical payroll activities, vendor management, audits, issue resolution, process improvement initiatives, and regional compliance efforts. The successful candidate partners closely with HR, Finance, Tax, and external service providers to deliver a high-quality employee experience and support the organization's continued growth throughout APAC.
