As a Cloud Technical Consultant within Managed Services, you will support clients in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that enable business performance and operational continuity. Deloitte’s practitioners bring together technology experience, process knowledge, and delivery discipline to help organizations address complex operational needs, improve system performance, and support ongoing transformation in a dynamic business workplace.
Level: Analyst or equivalent
As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As an Analyst, Managed Services on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
Supporting Oracle Cloud technical operations across managed services engagements, including issue analysis, defect resolution, and system enhancements
Developing and maintaining reports, interfaces, extensions, and data conversion components using SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio, and File-Based Data Import templates
Supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Service-Oriented Architecture, Representational State Transfer services, Simple Object Access Protocol services, and Web Services Description Language-based services
Performing production support activities, including queue monitoring, ticket updates, incident and problem management, and resolution within service-level requirements
Collaborating with functional, technical, onsite
