Role Description The Operations Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The intern will support day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating with service partners, managing job schedules, and monitoring service delivery quality. Responsibilities include assisting in process documentation, tracking operational metrics,



and helping streamline workflows to improve efficiency. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as customer support and sales to ensure smooth execution of services and timely resolution of issues. The role offers exposure to tech-enabled operations, property management workflows, and the scaling of a home services platform.
