Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Civil Projects to handle and monitor civil construction projects. The person will be responsible for project execution, contractor coordination, quality, safety, and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage civil construction and renovation projects.
- Monitor day-to-day project work and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Check civil drawings, BOQs, measurements, and project requirements.
- Monitor work quality and ensure work is done as per specifications.
- Track project progress, materials, manpower, and costs.
- Handle contractor bills, work measurements, and variations.
- Ensure safety rules and company standards are followed at project sites.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for quick solutions.




- Prepare regular project progress reports.
- Support project completion, inspection, and final handover.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of civil construction and project execution.
- Experience in handling contractors and site activities.
- Ability to read civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of estimation, and quantity measurements.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel .
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Site Execution Stake holder coordination billing verification & Certification.
- Civil Engineering, Site Execution, billing verification & Certification.
- Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
