Key Responsibilities Research & Experimental Design:

- Handle formulation and process development of robust Solid Oral Dosage Forms (SODF).
- Target global regulated and semi-regulated markets including the US and ROW.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conceptualization and lab-scale trials to technology transfer.
- Conduct systematic literature and patent searches to establish non-infringing product development pathways.
- Design and execute rational formulation strategies utilizing Design of Experiments (DoE) principles.
- Develop complex oral drug delivery systems including Immediate Release (IR), Delayed Release (DR), and Bilayer Tablets.
- Perform API-excipient compatibility studies and evaluate solid-state properties to select optimal components.
- Execute and optimize lab-scale,



bench-scale, and pilot-scale manufacturing batches.
- Provide in office technical support and active troubleshooting during commercial scale-up and validation trials.
- Raise material, equipment, and tooling indents to maintain uninterrupted laboratory workflows.
- Interpret and analyze complex data generated from HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometers, and PXRD.
- Evaluate in-vitro dissolution profiles and compare multi-media dissolution kinetics.
- Review and interpret bio-study (BA/BE) data to align in-vitro performance with in-vivo outcomes.
