We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer with 5-8 years of expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Dashboard Development, and Analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing interactive dashboards, developing reports, and translating business requirements into actionable insights.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create visually compelling dashboards and KPI reports.
- Develop data models and reporting solutions for business users.
- Build and optimize Tableau extracts, calculations, parameters, and dashboards.
- Work closely with Data Engineering and Business teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- Troubleshoot report performance and optimize dashboard efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy.




- Support Tableau Server publishing, maintenance, and user access management.
- Provide insights and recommendations through data visualization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of experience in Tableau Development and Business Intelligence.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Excellent SQL and database skills.
- Experience in Dashboarding, Reporting, and Data Visualization.
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting requirements.
- Exposure to Tableau Prep, Power BI, or other BI tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
