Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of relevant experience and strong hands-on expertise in configuration, custom development, and implementation across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. The candidate should be highly skilled in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in complex Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and configuration components.
- Implement business requirements and translate functional designs into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy, Permission Sets, and other security elements.
- Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to build custom features and enhancements.
- Optimize code, fix performance bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Implement solutions that comply with Governor Limits, security standards, and Salesforce platform guidelines.
- Support integration teams with API-based development and data processing logic as needed.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Architects, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide technical support during UAT and production rollout.
- Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions for Salesforce application defects and enhancements.




- Develop reusable and maintainable components following Salesforce development standards.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for enterprise Salesforce environments.

Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, SOQL/SOSL.
- Strong hands-on experience with LWC, JavaScript, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, and FLS.
- Valuable understanding of Governor Limits, bulkification, and performance optimization.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
- Strong experience in Apex testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and security standards.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce DX/SFDX and Git.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
- Knowledge of Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Experience with large data volume and advanced performance optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center.
- Knowledge of Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console, or Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and enterprise Salesforce environments.
