As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Configure/support SD processes; handle incidents and CRs; prepare FS/test scripts; support UAT, go-live, and hypercare.

Module-Wise Skill Expectations





- Order-to-Cash, sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, credit/debit memo, batch/serial handling.

Implementation AMS Expectations

- L2/L3 support, defect fixing, configuration, testing, documentation, SLA-based ticket resolution.

Pharma-Specific Expectations

- Batch traceability, controlled distribution, sales compliance, returns and recall process understanding.

Mandatory Skill Sets

- SAP SD configuration; O2C process knowledge; basic MM/FICO integration; ticketing tool experience.

Experience

- 4-7+ years

Education

- BE/BTech/MBA/MCA
