Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and cutting-edge AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills, experience with AI/ML frameworks, and a passion for building intelligent applications that solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and applications.
- Build and optimize machine learning algorithms and deep learning models.
- Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Create AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and recommendation systems.
- Develop and integrate APIs for AI services and applications.
- Work with data engineers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Fine-tune foundation models and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.




- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Ensure AI solutions follow security, privacy, and responsible AI guidelines.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, etc.).
- Familiarity with Azure AI Services, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
