Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules and application functionality
- Experience in development, customization, configuration and support
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical/functional teams
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience working in enterprise application environments
Preferred:
- PeopleSoft technical development/support experience
- PeopleTools experience
- Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Integration Broker and SQL knowledge
- Experience with production support and issue resolution
