Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Tester with 5+ years of testing experience and robust expertise in validating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. The candidate will be responsible for functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing across Dynamics 365 CRM modules, ensuring high-quality business process validation and seamless integration with surrounding systems. Candidate should have experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Functional Testing, SIT/UAT, Regression Testing, Azure DevOps, JIRA, CRM Integrations, API Testing, Selenium/Playwright Automation, Power Platform Testing, Agile Methodology,



Defect Management, Test Planning & Reporting.

Functional Testing

- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Validate D365 CRM business processes and workflows.
- Perform positive, negative, boundary, and end-to-end testing.

Dynamics 365 CRM Validation

- Test D365 CRM modules such as:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Marketing
- Field Service
- Case Management
- Lead-to-Opportunity
- Opportunity-to-Order

- Validate entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security roles.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience interacting with business users and client stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of QA processes and testing best practices.

- Automation testing experience using Selenium or Playwright.
