Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management. The candidate should have strong expertise in one or more core SCM modules, particularly Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Procurement, Warehouse Management (WMS), and/or Supply Chain Planning.

The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, production support, troubleshooting, and working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM functional solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and integration teams.
- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, migration, and production support activities.
- Perform functional testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide functional solutions.
- Support integrations between Oracle Fusion SCM and external/third-party applications.
- Participate in data migration activities and validate migrated SCM data.
- Support end-to-end SCM business processes and ensure proper integration between SCM modules.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to business users and junior team members.

Core SCM Module Expertise

1. Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM)

- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Order capture, order orchestration, fulfillment, and shipment processes.
- Configure order types, orchestration processes,



fulfillment lines, and processing constraints.
- Experience with pricing, shipping, reservations, and fulfillment.
- Manage sales orders, returns, cancellations, holds, and backorders.
- Integration with Inventory, Shipping, Procurement, and Receivables.
- Troubleshoot order management and fulfillment issues.

2. Oracle Fusion Inventory Management

- Strong understanding of inventory management processes.
- Inventory organizations, subinventories, locators, and item structures.
- Inventory transactions, transfers, adjustments, reservations, and cycle counting.
- Receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and inventory movement.
- Manage inventory controls and transaction types.
- Experience with inventory-related integrations and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of costing and inventory valuation processes is an advantage.

3. Oracle Fusion Procurement

- Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Requisitions, purchase orders, purchase agreements, and supplier management.
- Procurement catalogs and approval workflows.
- Buyer and procurement agent setup.
- Receiving and invoice matching processes.
- Supplier onboarding and supplier-related processes.
- Integration between Procurement, Inventory, Payables, and other SCM modules.
- Troubleshooting procurement and purchasing issues.

4. Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management / WMS Preferred

- Experience with warehouse management processes.
- Inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
- Receiving, put-away, picking,



packing, and shipping.
- Warehouse organization and location setup.
- Inventory movement within warehouse operations.
- Wave planning, picking strategies, and warehouse task management.
- Mobile warehouse transactions and handheld processes.
- Integration between WMS, Inventory, Order Management, and Shipping.

5. Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning – Preferred

- Knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules.
- Demand Management and Supply Planning.
- Supply planning, replenishment, and planning processes.
- Planning parameters and sourcing rules.
- Safety stock and lead-time concepts.
- Understanding of demand and supply exceptions.
- Experience with planning-related integrations and troubleshooting.

Required Technical / Functional Skills

- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
- Solid functional knowledge of Order Management (OM)
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management
- Experience in Procurement
- Experience in Warehouse Management (WMS) OR Supply Chain Planning
- Strong understanding of O2C and P2P processes

- Understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations is an advantage
- Good SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Fusion SCM certification.
- Experience in at least 2–3 Oracle Fusion SCM implementation/support projects.
- Experience in end-to-end SCM implementations.
- Experience working with offshore/onshore teams.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in production support and incident management.
