Legal

- Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and vet commercial agreements, including leases, licenses, sale and purchase agreements, franchise, service, vendor, logistics, transportation, NDA, MoU, and other business contracts while protecting organizational interests.
- Litigation Management: Manage and supervise civil, criminal, arbitration, IBC, Section 138 NI Act, and consumer matters; coordinate with external counsel, develop litigation strategies, and handle legal notices, pleadings, affidavits, and settlements.
- Real Estate & Land Due Diligence: Conduct title verification and legal due diligence for land acquisitions, leases, and infrastructure projects, including review of ownership, encumbrances, land use, approvals, and regulatory requirements.
- Corporate Advisory & Compliance: Advise management on legal and regulatory matters, ensure compliance with applicable corporate, labour, commercial, transportation, and other laws, and develop legal policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- M&A; and Transaction Support: Conduct legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments; identify transactional risks, recommend mitigation measures, and support deal structuring and documentation.
- Legal Operations & Governance: Establish and improve legal management systems, lease management processes, Litigation MIS, legal databases, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to enhance efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Stakeholder & Government Liaison: Coordinate with government authorities, police, labour, tax/customs departments, regulatory bodies, internal teams, and external stakeholders for inspections, investigations, statutory compliance, and dispute resolution.

MIS

- MIS Management:



Develop, maintain, and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, project status reports, and performance trackers to management and stakeholders.
- Data Collection & Management: Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain data from various departments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and proper record management.
- Dashboard & Report Preparation: Design and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, and similar tools covering project progress, land acquisition, legal, contracts, finance, compliance, approvals, and KPIs.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, variances, and performance gaps, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Documentation & Record Management: Maintain organized records of MIS reports, approvals, supporting documents, and historical data with proper version control, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Land Acquisition, Legal, Projects, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure timely data submission, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate reporting.
- Process Improvement, Compliance & Presentation: Improve and automate MIS processes, develop standardized templates, ensure reporting quality and compliance, prepare management presentations, and provide concise analytical summaries for review meetings.
