1. IPDRG Medical Coder

- Experience: 1+ Years in IPDRG
- CTC: Up to 12 LPA
- Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC

2. IPDRG Validation

- Experience: 5+ Years in IPDRG / IPDRG Validation
- CTC: Up to 20 LPA
- Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC

3. IPDRG CDI

- Experience: 2 Years in IPDRG + 3 Years Clinical Experience
- CTC: Up to 20 LPA
- Certification: Certified & Non-Certified candidates are eligible

4. Cardio / IVR Surgery Medical Coder

- Experience: 1.5+ Years in Cardio / IVR Surgery Coding
- CTC: Up to 12 LPA
- Certification: Any Medical Coding Certification

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review medical records and clinical documentation for accurate code assignment.
- Perform accurate IPDRG coding, validation and DRG assignment.
- Apply ICD-10-CM / ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines appropriately.
- Identify documentation gaps,



discrepancies and coding opportunities.
- Ensure coding accuracy, compliance and productivity as per process requirements.
- For Surgery roles, review operative reports and assign appropriate procedure codes.

ELIGIBILITY:

- Relevant experience in the respective medical coding specialty is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and coding guidelines.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certification as specified for each position.
