Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team, focused on UK/European positions, with expertise of non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing the position. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, as well as through referrals and networking.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions, for non-IT roles, within UK/Europe region
- Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, as well as through referrals and networking
- Screen and qualify candidates to ensure that they meet the requirements of the position and company culture
- Schedule and conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
- Facilitate the interview process, managing candidate and client expectations throughout
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates and clients




- Negotiate salaries and other employment terms with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on UK/Europe region and experience working with non-IT roles
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for recruitment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with candidates and clients at all levels
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Solid negotiation skills and ability to close positions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
