Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Trade Operations professional with strong experience in the Capital Markets domain and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day trade and business operations.
Ensure smooth production support and timely resolution of operational issues.
Handle internal, external and regulatory audits, including SEBI inspections.
Conduct mock drills and operational readiness activities.
Review and maintain operational documents, checklists and manuals.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review defects and provide UAT sign-off.
Review business requirements, functional specifications and impact analysis.
Prepare and review test scenarios and test cases.
Drive process improvements and identify gaps in existing processes.
Coordinate with Business, Technology, Testing and Operations teams.
Manage communication with external stakeholders such as Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, Regulators, Banks and Depositories.




Manage and develop team members, including skill development and job rotation.
Key Requirements:
15–18 years of relevant experience.
Mandatory experience in Capital Markets / Financial Markets.
Solid understanding of Trading Operations.
Experience across products such as:
Equity
Equity Derivatives
Currency Derivatives
Commodity Derivatives
Good understanding of Exchange functions, Securities Market and Risk Management.
Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
Experience in UAT, testing and business operations.
Strong team management and stakeholder management skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Good documentation and MS Office skills.
Candidates should be currently working with a stable career history.

Education: B.Tech / BE / MCA / MBA / CA or relevant graduation.
