Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Cloud Native Engineer, you will be responsible for selecting and deploying suitable cloud-native tools to expedite application development. Having expertise in the target cloud-native tools is crucial, and this role may focus on a specific native cloud platform like Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and guide a team of engineers to design, build, and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
Own project planning, resource allocation,



and delivery management while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Architect scalable and secure solutions using AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, Lambda, and API Gateway.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical and delivery matters, liaising with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Promote best practices in cloud architecture, including the AWS Well-Architected Framework.

Drive team performance through regular coaching, performance reviews, and mentorship.
Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines are in place, and champion DevOps culture.
Oversee the implementation of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.

Must have:-

Deep experience with AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway

Strong programming knowledge in at least one language: Python, Node.js, or Java

Proven leadership experience managing cloud/DevOps teams

Solid grasp of serverless architecture, microservices
