Collaborating with hiring managers: Understand job requirements and work closely with department heads to align recruitment strategies.
Employer branding initiatives: Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other branding activities.
Candidate engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Negotiating offers: Handle salary discussions and coordinate offer letters,



ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
Recruitment metrics and reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
