Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in shipment coordination, documentation, customer communication, and preparing quotations. Knowledge of CargoWise is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations for Air, Sea, and Land shipments.
Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs-related documentation.
Create and send freight quotations to customers and overseas agents.
Coordinate with carriers, agents, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Update shipment status and operational records in CargoWise.
Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.




Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
Required Skills
Proficiency in CargoWise
Robust knowledge of Freight Forwarding Documentation
Experience in preparing Freight Quotations
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Knowledge of Air Freight and Sea Freight operations is preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Operations.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with international agents and carriers.
Understanding of customs clearance procedures.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
