We are looking for a skilled SAP IS Retail Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in MM (Materials Management) or SD (Sales and Distribution). In this role, you will configure, support, and optimize retail-specific business processes, ensuring seamless integration between store logistics, master data, and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP IS Retail functionality with a focus on MM or SD modules.
For MM Focus: Manage Retail Master Data (Article Master, Merchandise Categories), Purchasing, Inventory Management, Goods Movements, and Valuation.
For SD Focus: Handle Sales Orders, Store Delivery, Pricing/Promotions, Billing, POS Interface integration, and Distribution Logistics.
Identify gaps, map business requirements into standard SAP IS Retail workflows, and coordinate technical fixes.




Collaborate with cross-functional module teams (FI/CO, CAR, Warehouse Management) to ensure end-to-end integration integrity.
Qualifications & Technical Requirements
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant hands-on implementation or support experience in SAP IS Retail (MM or SD).
Core understanding of retail-specific Master Data concepts (e.g., Generic Articles, Variants, Site Master).
Proven ability to troubleshoot functional issues and write functional specs for custom developments (WRICEF objects).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Mode: Must be comfortable working full time from our Pune office.
