Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM IST (CET Time Zone)

Experience: 8-12 Years
Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 Years in SAP HCM with robust hands-on experience in SAP ECC HCM, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and SAP Payroll
Budget: Maximum 25 LPA
Mandatory Skills: SAP ECC + SAP HCM + PA + OM + Time Management + SAP Payroll + Payroll Processing + Time Evaluation + Payroll Schemas + PCRs + Wage Types + HRSP/HR Pack Upgrade




REQUIREMENT FOR SENIOR SAP HCM CONSULTANT:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, implement, integrate, test, deploy, and support SAP HCM solutions.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver SAP HCM solutions.
- Configure and maintain SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) processes.
- Configure employee master data, personnel actions, action types, infotypes, dynamic actions, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Configure enterprise and personnel structures .
