Immediate About the Role We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to plan, execute, optimise and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in real estate lead generation, campaign optimisation and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid media campaigns end-to-end. Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, Meta Feed, Reels and Stories campaigns. Drive high-quality real estate leads and optimise campaigns based on CPL, conversions and lead quality. Manage monthly ad budgets of 25 Lakhs. Implement and monitor GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI and conversion tracking. Conduct keyword, audience, creative and landing page optimisation.



Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights through Advanced Excel and performance reporting. Work closely with sales and creative teams to improve campaign outcomes. Participate in BTL activities as and when required. Manage vendors, including coordination, documentation and invoice processing. Generate MIS/ROI reports for marketing campaigns and ensure timely submission. Requirements 35 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience. Robust expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid media platforms. Proven experience in Real Estate Lead Generation. Experience managing a minimum of 2 Lakhs in monthly ad budgets. Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI and CRO. Excellent analytical, reporting and optimisation skills. Strong understanding of CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA and ROAS.
