Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file GSTR-1 ,ISD and GSTR-3B accurately within statutory due dates.
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation with purchase registers and books of accounts.
- Verify and reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) and identify mismatches, ineligible ITC, and missing invoices.
- Verify sales and purchase invoices for correct GSTIN, HSN/SAC, GST rate, place of supply, taxable value, and tax amount.
- Prepare invoice-wise, vendor-wise, and customer-wise GST reconciliations.
- Prepare data and workings for GSTR-9 (Annual Return).
- Prepare and reconcile information required for GSTR-9C (Reconciliation Statement), including reconciliation of turnover, taxable turnover, tax liability, and ITC with books and GST returns.
- Coordinate with the statutory auditor/CA for GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C requirements and provide necessary schedules and supporting documents.
- Reconcile GST turnover and tax liability between books of accounts, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9.
- Review and reconcile ITC between books, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-9.
- Monitor e-Invoice and e-Way Bill compliance.




- Assist in GST audits, assessments, departmental queries, and notices.
- Ensure timely completion of all GST compliance activities and statutory requirements.

Required Skills:

- Strong practical knowledge of GST compliance and Indian indirect taxation.
- Hands-on experience in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.
- Good understanding of ITC reconciliation and GST annual return reconciliation.
- Experience in GST audit and handling GST notices will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and reconciliation techniques.
- Experience with Tally or other ERP/accounting software.
- Solid analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within statutory deadlines.

Educational Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
GST/Taxation certification will be an added advantage.
