Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Developer / Technical Lead to architect, design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions.

The role will focus on modernizing legal service experiences across Legal Matter Management, Legal Intake, and Document Management, while ensuring strong adherence to CSDM, security, data governance, integration, and ServiceNow platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow LSD solutions using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Experience, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Lead implementation and enhancement of Legal Matter Management, Legal Intake, and Document Management capabilities.
- Design and maintain legal data models aligned with CSDM 4.0/5.0 and enterprise data governance standards.




- Develop workflow automation using Flow Designer, Decision Builder, and IntegrationHub.
- Build integrations with HRSD, ITSM, GRC, and third-party legal applications using MID Server, REST APIs, and OAuth 2.0.
- Develop modern Next Experience Workspaces and Portals using UI Builder, with a focus on usability and accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7.5+ years of overall IT experience with robust ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scoped applications, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and Now Experience.
- Experience implementing CSDM 4.0/5.0 and enterprise data governance.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Scripted REST APIs, MID Server, and OAuth 2.0.
- Experience with ATF, Instance Scan, code reviews, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, ACLs, roles, application scopes, and secure coding.
- Experience handling sensitive, confidential, or regulated data in an enterprise setting.
