Role Overview

We are looking for an Executive / Senior Executive – HRBP to support the LAP business in managing people-related initiatives and ensuring effective HR support to the business. The role will work closely with business managers and the Lead HRBP to drive attrition management, employee productivity, performance management, PIP, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business teams to understand people-related challenges and provide effective HR support.

- Monitor and drive attrition management initiatives across the LAP business.

- Analyze attrition trends and work with managers to identify key reasons for employee turnover and improve retention.

- Track employee productivity and work with business leaders to identify areas for improvement.

- Support managers in handling Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)



and performance-related matters.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve employee connect, motivation, and overall experience.

- Conduct regular employee connects and understand employee concerns, feedback, and workplace challenges.

- Work closely with business managers on manpower requirements and people-related issues.

- Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and people initiatives.

- Maintain regular HR MIS and reports related to attrition, productivity, PIP, engagement, and other HR metrics.

- Partner with the Lead HRBP on various HR initiatives and business requirements.
