Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain End User Computing (EUC) solutions using various technologies such as VDI, Azure Active Directory, and Service Desk.
- Provide technical support to end users on desktop engineering issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using problem-solving skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in End User Computing Engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of VDI technology and its implementation in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in managing Azure Active Directory for identity management purposes.
- Experience working with Service Desk tools for incident resolution.
