US Accounts Executive

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Shift: US EST Shift, 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

Position Overview

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with experience in the US Staffing/Consulting industry. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of invoicing, payroll, accounts receivable, timesheets, and vendor management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collect timesheets from consultants working at client locations.
- Ensure consultant hours are accurately entered and maintained in the timesheet system.
- Generate and send client invoices using QuickBooks and JobDiva Financials.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and update payment records.
- Prepare and share weekly Accounts Receivable (AR) reports and updates.
- Prepare payroll sheets based on approved consultant timesheets.
- Create vendor bills based on received invoices.
- Resolve timesheet, invoicing, payroll, and payment-related issues.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and vendors regarding billing and payment-related matters.




- Maintain accurate financial and operational records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the US Staffing/Consulting industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of invoicing, payroll, accounts receivable, and vendor management.
- Experience with QuickBooks, JobDiva, or similar accounting/staffing systems is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work US night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling consultant timesheets and payroll.
- Experience with US staffing billing and invoicing processes.
- Familiarity with JobDiva Financials.
- Experience coordinating with US clients, consultants, and vendors.

Work Location & Timings

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (US EST Timings)
