We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping In-Charge to manage housekeeping operations in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring compliance with US FDA, EU GMP, and cGMP requirements, maintaining audit-ready conditions, managing housekeeping manpower, and overseeing sanitation, garment management, pest control, and documentation activities.

Location: Kothur (approx. 15 KM from Shamshabad)

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure plant-wide housekeeping compliance as per US FDA, EU GMP, and cGMP standards.
- Oversee cleaning and sanitation activities in GMP areas.
- Manage garment issuance, collection, inventory, and laundry operations.




- Monitor and coordinate pest control activities across the facility.
- Lead and supervise 100+ housekeeping personnel and contractor workforce.
- Ensure timely maintenance of housekeeping records, logbooks, cleaning records, and compliance documentation.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure closure of observations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Drive 5S, hygiene, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 15-20 years of experience in housekeeping/facility management within Pharma Manufacturing.
- Robust knowledge of US FDA, EU GMP, cGMP, housekeeping operations, pest control, garment management, and audit compliance.
- Proven experience in managing large housekeeping teams and contractors.
