Role & responsibilities

- Maintaining of all Vehicles and keeping them ready in all aspects.
- Recruitment of Drivers, training them and instructing them for safe driving.
- Keeping track of vehicles when they go on medical camps / out station trips.
- Providing valet services to all visitors with out any delay.
- Hiring private vehicles and get their bill Payment procedure in time.
- To maintain all vehicle history log books along with Trip sheets of vehicle.
- To monitor the regular moments of hired vehicle and safe procedures of private drivers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate with relevant experience in managing Motor Transport operations.
- Strong experience in vehicle management and driver supervision.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety procedures, trip management, and transport operations.
- Experience in managing hired/private vehicles and transport vendors.
- Positive coordination, communication, and team management skills.
