Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team at our Secunderabad office. This role involves processing operational requests, following defined instructions and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day business operations. Freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply. Strong English communication and good computer skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Process requests accurately and within defined timelines.
- Follow instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and established workflows.
- Review information and ensure accuracy before completing assigned tasks.
- Maintain and update operational data, reports, and records.
- Work extensively on computers and business applications.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for routine operational work.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
- Escalate exceptions or issues according to the defined process.
- Complete assigned work within required turnaround times.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality,



and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

- 0-3 years of work experience. Freshers can apply.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Strong ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle repetitive/process-oriented work efficiently.
- Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable working within defined procedures.
- Must be comfortable working 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Must be able to work from our Secunderabad office.
