Location: PSR Prime Towers, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Onsite Work from Office
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST ( NIGHT SHIFT )

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate should have hands-on experience with end-to-end US IT recruitment and a good understanding of the US staffing process.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Experience working on US State Government requirements is highly preferred
- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT candidates
- Hands-on experience with CEIPAL ATS
- Experience working with VMS/MSP portals is preferred
- Good understanding of US work authorizations such as H-1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.
- Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
- Positive knowledge of Boolean searches and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and candidate coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet submission/closure targets
