Job Summary
Support Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Treasury Operations and Banking activities with solid exposure to financial modelling, working capital and banking coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Project Finance and Working Capital proposals.
- Prepare CMA Data, Financial Models and Project Information Memorandum.
- Support TEV Study and DPR preparation.
- Prepare Bank Credit Proposals.
- Monitor Treasury, Cash Flow and Working Capital.
- Coordinate with Banks and Financial Institutions.
- Handle LC, BG, Trade Finance documentation and loan disbursement follow-up.
- Prepare Monthly MIS,
Budget vs Actual and Cash Flow Reports.
- Monitor Project Cost, Capex and Project Payments.
- Support Credit Rating, Stock Audit and Due Diligence.
- Coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors.
- Prepare Investor Presentations and Management Reports.
