Must-Have Skills

Solid experience in SAP Service Management (SM) / SAP Customer Service (CS)
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service
Service Notifications & Service Orders
Service Contracts & Warranty Management
Resource Planning & Field Service Management
Installed Base & Equipment Management
Experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is preferred
SAP integration with PM, SD, CRM Service, CS and S/4HANA Service
Knowledge of IDocs, APIs and interfaces
Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation / AMS support projects

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and design SAP Service Management solutions
• Configure and support Service Management processes
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications
• Conduct testing,



UAT support and user training
• Support upgrades, enhancements and rollout projects
• Provide L2/L3 production support
• Troubleshoot issues and perform Root Cause Analysis
• Manage incidents, service requests and change requests
• Coordinate with technical, Basis and Security teams
• Ensure SLA and support process compliance
• Prepare solution documentation and knowledge-transfer materials

Preferred Industry Experience

Manufacturing | Automotive | Industrial Equipment | Utilities | Consumer Goods | Engineering & Construction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field
SAP S/4HANA Service certification is preferred
Experience in end-to-end implementation or AMS support projects
