Eligible:- Need Graduates

- 5 days working / Both way Cabs available
- Rotational Shifts
- Incentives /Performance Bonus
- Need Min 2 year of Experience

Roles and Responsibilities ---

- Handle inbound calls and chats from SMB/business customers in a qualified and customer-focused manner.

- Understand customer requirements, identify business needs, and explore sales opportunities.

- Recommend and sell Microsoft commercial hardware and software solutions based on customer requirements.

- Handle customer queries, objections, and purchase-related concerns effectively.

- Drive sales conversion and close opportunities during the customer interaction wherever possible.

- Influence key decision-makers and build strong, trusted relationships with business customers.





- Maintain accurate customer and sales information using CRM/sales tools.

- Capture and share Voice of Customer and Voice of Business feedback to support process improvement.

- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and business-customer experience.

- Stay updated on Microsoft products, Office, Excel, Outlook, hardware solutions, and key competitor offerings.
