Job Description Summary
As an Associate Product Manager at Alacriti, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and development of our
cloud-native money movement and payments platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional
teams to deliver reliable, performant, and developer-friendly payment solutions that delight users and
accelerate digital transformation for our financial clients. We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of
product management experience, specifically with a track record of owning platform, API, or developer-
facing products end-to-end.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the product and create and execute on a compelling
roadmap
Build deep user empathy with Alacrit'is clients and partners, understanding global payment
industry trends and competitors' offerings to influence the roadmap effectively
Collaborate with engineering, design and other teams to jointly shape product experiences that
delight end-users
Ensure we are building a reliable, performant platform, including system reliability, API extensibility, and latency
Use metrics to inform point of view and leverage analytics to measure success
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for precise and concise articulation
of user problems
Strong analytical capabilities with experience defining and tracking success metrics, running
experiments (e.g., holdback tests), and using data to measure product impact on revenue,
adoption and margins

Experience working on products that require aligning multiple stakeholders, developing joint
roadmaps, and navigating competing priorities between internal goals and external partner
objectives




Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with significant autonomy and
responsibility
Strong business acumen and comfort with complex ecosystem and platform-level problems

You are a product builder who can move easily between a users hardest problem, the business
opportunity behind it, and the product decisions needed to solve it.
You have worked on technically complex products - such as APIs, developer tools, shared platform
capabilities, or core product experiences - but you do not build tech/platform for its own sake.
You see solid platform design as a way to help users move faster, create better products, and
unlock new business models.

You are opinionated, thoughtful, and execution oriented. You can focus a team on the few
decisions that matter most, create momentum in ambiguous situations, and ship products that
raise the bar for both quality and impact.
Minimum Requirements

3+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time-owning platform, API, or
developer-facing products end to end
Demonstrated ability to own a product area end to end: setting strategy, driving execution, and
measuring outcomes

Strong analytical instincts and comfort defining the measurement framework before you ship
Clear written communication and the ability to build alignment across functions and levels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
Experience productizing bespoke or custom solutions into broadly available platform capabilities
A track record of making well-judged foundational investments ahead of user demand
