Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Associate to expand our client and vendor network in the US IT Staffing market, generate current business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new client and vendor connections across the US IT staffing market.
- Build and maintain relationships with Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, MSPs, and Direct Clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and staffing requirements.
- Maintain and grow existing vendor and client relationships.
- Coordinate with recruitment and sales teams on active requirements.
- Identify potential clients and vendors and develop new business relationships.
- Work consistently toward business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 1+ year of relevant US IT Staffing / Business Development experience.
- Proven experience in adding new vendors and client connections.
- Good understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
- Good business development and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

- Candidates with experience in US IT Staffing Business Development are preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in the US staffing market.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills are required.
