Roles and Responsibility

- Resolve SFDC functions related issues and ensure smooth project implementation.
- Educate internal and field teams on training requirements and address BRE level issues.
- Continuously observe and resolve field team issues, raising regular IT requests.
- Collaborate with IT and Product teams to identify changes and attend bi-weekly meetings.
- Develop solutions to repetitive problems and submit BRD.
- Interact with field teams to identify exact issues and provide effective solutions.

Job Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in the finance industry, preferably in system support.
- Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to agile work timings.
- Solid understanding of transactional activities and end-to-end project implementation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT and Product teams.
