About the Role

We are looking for a Software Consultant - Data Engineer to contribute to the development and delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable data engineering and software solutions for our product platform.

Responsibilities

- Build and run ETL/ELT pipelines in Python (Pandas) to meet freshness, latency, and completeness SLOs.
- Write high-performance SQL for PostgreSQL and Trino; design and maintain dimensional models and curated datasets.
- Architect and operate AWS data solutions (S3, Glue, Athena) with a focus on scalability, resiliency, performance, and cost.
- Implement IaC with Terraform and set up automated CI/CD on AWS (testing, security scans, deployments).
- Embed security: least-privilege IAM, secure coding, secrets management, encryption.




- Partner with product, analytics, and engineering to translate requirements and enable self-service dashboards in Superset.

Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ years building and operating production ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Robust Python, with deep hands-on Pandas experience.
- Advanced SQL with PostgreSQL and Trino; solid dimensional modeling.
- Proven use of AWS S3, Glue, and Athena.
- IaC with Terraform (write, version, manage).
- Consistent delivery in Agile teams.
