- Lead a team of automation engineers to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create comprehensive test plans for web applications.
- Develop and execute manual tests to validate software functionality before transitioning to automation testing.
- Analyze defects reported by the development team or customers, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
Job Requirements :
- 9-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust expertise in automation testing using Selenium with Java.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to delivery.
- Excellent team leading skills with ability to motivate and guide junior engineers.
