Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM) and Dataverse.

Develop custom plugins, custom workflow activities, PCF Controls, custom APIs, and extensions using C# and .NET.

Build responsive client-side customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Design and develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Power Automate.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security while adhering to Microsoft best practices.

Participate in technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.

Collaborate with Product Managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.





Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, documentation, and adherence to coding standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in product engineering organizations.

Experience designing reusable frameworks and shared components.

Exposure to microservices and cloud-native architectures.

Knowledge of AI capabilities within Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot, AI Builder) is an advantage.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Azure certifications are preferred.
