- Prepare and manage duty rosters for doctors and medical staff as per departmental requirements
- Coordinate with HODs and department coordinators for roster planning and changes
- Ensure adequate medical manpower coverage across departments and shifts
- Monitor and manage medical staff attendance, late coming, absences, permissions, and leave
- Verify attendance records and coordinate with departments for attendance discrepancies and regularizations
- Track duty changes, shift swaps, weekly offs, leave, and other roster-related updates
- Maintain accurate and updated medical manpower databases and records
- Monitor attendance and roster compliance and highlight gaps to the concerned HOD/HR
- Coordinate with HR and payroll teams for timely submission of attendance inputs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower and attendance MIS reports
- Track vacancies, joining, relieving, transfers, and manpower requirements of medical departments
- Support manpower planning based on patient volumes, departmental requirements, and shift coverage
- Maintain proper documentation of rosters, attendance, leave,
and manpower-related communications
- Address roster and attendance-related queries from medical staff and departments
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and processes related to medical manpower and attendance
Preferred candidate profile
- 13 years of experience in Medical Manpower / Roster Management / Attendance Management, preferably in a hospital
- Hands-on experience in preparing and managing doctor/medical staff duty rosters is preferred
- Good understanding of attendance, leave, shift, and manpower management processes
- Strong coordination and communication skills with HODs and medical teams
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR/Hospital Information Systems
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of attendance and roster data
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting timelines
- Willingness to work as per hospital operational requirements
