Simple Understanding of the Role
This role is responsible for managing Health & Safety (HSE) data, reporting, and administration across the organization. The person will coordinate incident reporting, maintain H&S; documentation, prepare dashboards and KPI reports, ensure data accuracy, support governance meetings, and improve reporting through Power BI and automation tools. It's a mix of HSE operations + Data Management + Reporting.
The role involves managing Health & Safety reporting, incident data, dashboards, KPI reporting, governance coordination, and improving reporting processes using Power BI. We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in HSE reporting, data management, and reporting automation, preferably from an industrial or manufacturing setting.
