1. Command Center / NOC Operations Leadership
- End-to-end management of Command Center operations, team leadership, escalations, and service delivery.
- Infrastructure Monitoring & Alert Management
- Expertise in monitoring tools, alert configuration, threshold management, event correlation, and proactive incident detection.
- ITSM & Service Operations Management
- Solid knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management with hands-on experience in ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.
Good-to-Have Skills (Top 3)
1. Process Automation & Scripting
- Experience with automation using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Data Center Migration & Transformation
