City Head Hyderabad | Healthcare / MedTech

Job Summary

We are looking for a City Head – Hyderabad to own the city's P&L;, revenue growth, GTM strategy, team building, and operations. The role will lead the adoption of cardiac rhythm intelligence across hospitals, cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and diagnostic networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end P&L;, revenue targets, budgets, costs, and profitability for Hyderabad.
- Develop and execute city-level GTM and business growth strategies.
- Drive new account acquisition across hospitals, cardiology departments, EP labs, and diagnostic networks.
- Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, corporates, insurers, and other channels.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across sales, clinical coordination, operations, and customer success.
- Develop relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, hospital leadership, and KOLs.
- Drive physician education, CMEs, clinical roundtables, and category-building initiatives.
- Ensure operational excellence, service quality, customer retention, and NPS.
- Track business performance, forecasts,



unit economics, and key city-level metrics.
- Work closely with Product, Clinical, Finance, and Marketing teams to drive business growth and customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 12–18 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in city/regional P&L; leadership.
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, MedTech, Diagnostics, or Pharma.
- Proven experience in building and scaling revenue/business units, preferably in an early-stage or growth environment.
- Strong experience in P&L; management, GTM strategy, business development, and team leadership.
- Experience engaging with hospitals, doctors, clinical decision-makers, and healthcare institutions.
- Strong financial, analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Cardiology, cardiac rhythm management, diagnostics, or clinical SaaS experience is highly preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous setting.
