Were looking for a Senior Designer to shape B2B product experiences. This role requires 5+ years of Product Design or UX experience, strong end-to-end design craft, and AI-assisted design workflows.

Required for this role

- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX with a proven track record of shipping high-quality digital products.
- Strong expertise across product discovery, UX, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience using research and data to inform design decisions and validate product direction.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect user needs with business objectives and contribute to product and design strategy.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams and confidently present design rationale.
- Experience mentoring and supporting other designers through coaching, feedback, and leading by example.
- Strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to lead complex design initiatives from concept through launch while maintaining a high quality bar.
- Excellent attention to visual polish, usability, accessibility, and interaction details.
- Fluency with AI tools across the design process, including research synthesis and rapid prototyping, with the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output and determine when generative capabilities improve the user experience.

- Experience creating product videos, motion graphics, or other visual content.
- Hands-on experience designing chat experiences.

Your responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design process for one or more B2C productsfrom discovery and ideation through prototyping, user testing, and delivery.
- Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle, creating intuitive, effective experiences that balance customer value with business goals.
- Produce high-quality design work in fast-paced environments while maintaining solid design thinking, process, and attention to detail.
- Translate user research, data, and business objectives into thoughtful product solutions. Continuously iterate to improve usability, engagement, and outcomes.
- Partner closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and fellow designers to define problems, align on solutions, and deliver exceptional product experiences.
- Maintain a high standard of usability, accessibility, interaction quality, and visual execution across the product experience.
- Support and mentor other designers through thoughtful feedback, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
