Bench Sales Recruiter US IT Staffing

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 5-9 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Bench Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing market, excellent vendor and client relationship skills, and proven experience in marketing IT consultants and generating placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Market and promote IT consultants to suitable job requirements across the US market.

* Identify requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and other staffing channels.

* Submit qualified consultant profiles to relevant requirements and actively follow up on submissions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.

* Negotiate rates, terms, and placement opportunities with vendors and clients.

* Understand consultant profiles, technical skill sets, availability, location, and work authorization.

* Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with consultants and clients.

* Track submissions, interviews, and placements and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM.

* Develop and maintain a strong vendor network to generate consistent job opportunities.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.

* Stay updated with US IT staffing trends, technologies, job requirements, and market conditions.

Experience:

5-9 years of relevant experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales / Consultant Marketing.

Salary:

40,000 - 65,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
